This makes it official: Rudd is part of the fashist Cabal that wants to rule the world

The fact that Rudd has flown over meet  the fascist president of the US, in stead of taking a firm stance against the illegal wars of aggression that his country is currently complicit in is contrary to his mandate and contrary to his election promises. It means that Rudd is simply another stooge for the New World Order also known  as the Money Party.

Boys will be boys – even when they’re the leaders of the United States and Australia.

On his first visit to the White House as prime minister, Kevin Rudd got into a contest with US President George W Bush about whose was bigger – home states, that is.

The patriotic Queenslander was designating the equally proud Texan an honorary member of the sunshine state after receiving a warm and gracious welcome to the White House.

5 Years Ago: Why Was Public So Misinformed on Facts Leading to War?

By E&P Staff

Published: March 23, 2008 11:10 AM ET
NEW YORK Five years ago today, as the U.S invasion of Iraq continued in its early stages, E&P published an article by Ari Berman, then an intern here, that examined the public attitudes on the eve of the war. He probed polls that found, on the most basic point, that roughly 2 out of 3 Americans backed an assault on Iraq.

But the attitudes driving those numbers raised serious issues about a misinformed public and the media’s role. He found that a startlingly high percentage falsely believed that Saddam helped plan the 9/11 attacks or Iraqi hijackers were involved that day, and that Iraqi WMD had already been found.
When the war dies down, editors and media analysts should catch their breath and ask themselves: How much did press coverage (or lack of coverage) contribute to the public backing for a pre-emptive invasion without the support of the United Nations?

War at Any Cost?

by Rep. Ron Paul
In recent months the undeclared war in Iraq seems not to have been on the minds of most Americans. News of the violence and deprivation which ordinary Iraqis are forced to deal with on a daily basis rarely makes it to the front pages. Instead, we read in the newspapers numerous slanted stories about the how the surge is succeeding and reducing violence. Never does anyone dare to discuss the costs of the war or its implications. There are the direct costs of the war, the costs of maintaining bases, providing food, water, and supplies, which the administration vastly underestimated before embarking on their quest in Iraq. These costs run into the tens of billions of dollars per month, and I shudder to think what the total direct costs will add up to when we finally pull out.

Then there are the opportunity costs, those which decision makers in Washington almost never discuss. Imagine that the war in Iraq had never happened, and the hundreds of billions of dollars we have spent so far were still in the hands of taxpayers and businesses. How many jobs could have been created, how much money could have been saved, invested, and put to productive use?

9/11 may have been an insiders’ job

9/11 may have been an insiders’ job – Dr. Hans Koechler

In a significant observation many time UN contributor & international observer Professor Hans Koechler said “9/11 may have been an insider’s job” in response to a question from one of the delegates attending his lecture The ‘Global War on Terror – Contradictions of an Imperial Strategy’ last night at the Trades Hall in Auckland.

“I am not a boy-I am 59. There are many inconsistencies and inaccuracies in the official version of events. Those who could not handle a Cessna pulled off 9/11,” he said.

Permanent U.S. Army command taking shape in Kuwait

By Vince Little, Stars and Stripes
Mideast edition, Tuesday, February 19, 2008

CAMP ARIFJAN, Kuwait — U.S. Army Central is establishing a permanent platform for “full spectrum operations” in 27 countries around southwest Asia and the Middle East, its commander says.

Lt. Gen. James J. Lovelace said the Army has diverse capabilities here now but plans to reach a complete level of operational effectiveness by July.

The restructuring, which offers more flexibility for offensive, defensive and stability operations, is a major piece of transformation worldwide, said Lovelace.

“It’s the first Army command to do this,” said Lovelace, who also heads the Coalition Forces Land Component. “Now, we’re not only operational but the Army has committed other assets.”

They include the 1st Sustainment Command (Theater), 335th Signal Command, 513th Military Intelligence Brigade, 352nd Civil Affairs Group, and a Navy medical command.

The Chicken Doves

Elected to end the war, Democrats have surrendered to Bush on Iraq and betrayed the peace movement for their own political ends

MATT TAIBBIPosted Feb 21, 2008 12:00 AM

Rather than use the vast power they had to end the war, Democrats devoted their energy to making sure that “anti-war activism” became synonymous with “electing Democrats.” Capitalizing on America’s desire to end the war, they hijacked the anti-war movement itself, filling the ranks of peace groups with loyal party hacks. Anti-war organizations essentially became a political tool for the Democrats — one operated from inside the Beltway and devoted primarily to targeting Republicans.

This supposedly grass-roots “anti-war coalition” met regularly on K Street, the very capital of top-down Beltway politics. At the forefront of the groups are Thomas Matzzie and Brad Woodhouse of Americans Against the Escalation in Iraq, the leader of the anti-war lobby. Along with other K Street crusaders, the two have received iconic treatment from The Washington Post and The New York Times, both of which depicted the anti-war warriors as young idealist-progressives in shirtsleeves, riding a mirthful spirit into political combat — changing the world is fun!

Paris: 9/11 truth song inspired by Alex Jones’s “Terror storm”.

Documentary: Military brass frequently viewed hooded, shackled detainees

I was kidnapped; abducted, forced imprisoned, tortured, threatened with further torture, without charge. Without trial.Even many soldiers had said to me afterwards…if you weren’t a terrorist when you came in here, by the time you leave, I’m sure you would be because of the way you’ve been treated.

–Bagram detainee Moazzam BeggFlying in the face of statements members of the Bush Administration have made denying the use, and advocacy, of torture in their war effort, evidence of brutal treatment of captives continues to accumulate.

PBS’ Bill Moyers delves into Oscar-nominated documentary “Taxi to the Dark Side,” highlighting an Afghan taxi driver who was detained and beaten to death by American forces.

“Go see it,” says Moyers. “Not in a while has the truth hit so hard.”

In 2002, Dilawar, 22, and his passengers were stopped at Bagram Air Base and held under suspicion of involvement in a rocket attack. Five days later, his death from blunt force trauma would be ruled a homicide, as written on the death certificate, in English, given to Dilawar’s family with his body.

CIA shrugged off no-war reports

A key Iraqi nuclear scientist says he believed by telling the truth about Iraq’s weapons, he was helping to stave off the invasion.Saad Tawfiq, a key figure in Saddam Hussein’s clandestine nuclear weapons program, said when he watched Colin Powell waving a vial of white powder and telling the UNSC on February 5, 2003, a story about Iraqi germ labs, he realized he had risked his life and those of his loved ones for nothing.

“When I saw Colin Powell I started crying. Immediately. I knew I had tried and lost,” Tawfiq told AFP this week in the Jordanian capital Amman.

I’ll be president of Europe if you give me the power – Blair

Tony Blair has been holding discussions with some of his oldest allies on how he could mount a campaign later this year to become full-time president of the EU council, the prestigious new job characterised as “president of Europe”. Blair, currently the Middle East envoy for the US, Russia, EU and the UN, has told friends he has made no final decision, but is increasingly willing to put himself forward for the job if it comes with real powers to intervene in defence and trade affairs.

War pimp alert: Breaking cables accident or Internet warfare?

Friday 1 February the BBC broke the news that two of the undersea cables providing the middle east with Internet had been broken. Causing a critical telecom breakdown in countries as far ranging as Egypt and India. This was the second cable breakage in a day. Both cables are owned by the same English Telecoms company, U.K. FLAG Telecom . The reason for these breaks was not known but it was thought that an anker cable might be responsible. One cable was near Alexandria in the Mediterranean Sea and the second was 58 Km from Dubai. Repair ships had been send out to repair the cables but this could take up to two weeks in total.

It is curious that while these cables have been floating undisturbed in the Oceans for a long time and were never hit or damaged and all of a sudden two cables are completely severed in one day. What would be the odds at that happening?
What’s even more curious is that while China, India, Indonesia, Japan, Singapore and Taiwan all reported some loss in their ability to  use the Internet the only country to have been completely disconnected from the Internet was Iran.

What makes this even more suspect is the fact that neither Israel nor Iraq were affected by the cut cables. None of this was mentioned in the BBC article, which strikes me as incomplete reporting. To make the situation even more bizarre is the fact that in an unprecedented cluster of cable break accidents a third cable was severed in the Persian golf. This cable is also owned by the same English firm. The break in this cable caused severe telephone disruptions on top of the Internet disruptions  already experienced in the region.

This break will take about two weeks to be repaired. These three events combined mean that Iran will be incommunicado for up to two weeks. It will severely disrupt the countries ability to do business and will be hugely damaging to their economy. It will help to destabilize the country in ways the Bush regime could only dream about. It also hampers the countries ability to reach out to the world directly and show their side of the “incidents” that America is using to trigger a war. This worked very well in for example the boat incident, some weeks ago, and a little longer ago Iran could proof it’s innocence when accused of providing the resistance with bombs.

The reason given for the breaks is hardly convincing, to think that huge ships sail around with their ankers hanging of the ship is so unlikely that it can not be taken seriously. That and the fact that all three cables belonged to the same company and that Iran is the only country completely cut of while Israel and Iraq have absolutely no problems strikes me as highly suspicious.

The Pentagon published a paper called the Information Operation Road map. In it it states; The Internet needs to be dealt with as if it were an enemy “weapons system”. I wonder is this the first of Iran’s “weapon systems” that is killed off while America prepares for an attack.  Iran is effectively isolated from the rest of the world with no means of communicating to the rest of us what is happening there. I can’t believe this is just an accident. The Neocon fascists have been biting at the bit, The Israelis are being prepared to be bombed. I have the feeling that we will see an incident between US soldiers and Iranians and it will trigger an invasion with the Iranians unable to use the Internet to show their side of the story.

War pimp alert: Israel gearing up for Another War

Israel calls for shelter rooms to be set up in a bid to prepare the public for yet another war, this time, one of raining missiles.

“The next war will see a massive use of ballistic weapons against the whole of Israeli territory,” claimed retired general Udi Shani.

Shani did not specify whether by ‘the next war’ he meant a battle against the residents of the Gaza Strip, the Lebanese or the war many speculate Israel will wage on Iran allegedly over its nuclear program, which the recent US National Intelligence Estimate conceded to be void of nuclear arms development intentions.

Chevron 4th-Quarter Profit Rises on Record Oil Prices

Feb. 1 (Bloomberg) — Chevron Corp., the second-largest U.S. oil company, said fourth-quarter profit rose 29 percent as crude prices climbed to a record on their way to topping $100 a barrel last month.

Net income increased to $4.88 billion, or $2.32 a share, from $3.77 billion, or $1.74, a year earlier, San Ramon, California-based Chevron said today in a statement. The company was expected to earn $2.29 a share, the average of 17 analyst estimates compiled by Bloomberg.

Chevron had its biggest fourth-quarter profit gain in three years as global crude demand expanded faster than output from new wells. Chief Executive Officer David O’Reilly plans to spend almost $50 million a day on the search for untapped reserves this year, a 31 percent increase from 2007.

Stagflation is Here

by Prof. Rodrigue Tremblay

War—after all, what is it that the people get? Why—widows, taxes, wooden legs and debt.

Samuel B. Pettengill

James Madison, 4th U.S. President (April 20, 1795)

“Let me issue and control a nation’s currency and I care not who makes its laws”.

Nathan Rothschild, 1791

Last summer, I observed that there was a “solvency crisis” underneath the ongoing subprime mortgage liquidity squeeze. Central banks can alleviate a “liquidity crisis”, but they cannot solve a solvency crisis.

Last year also, before the events, I warned that the U.S. was heading toward stagflation.

This was due to three fundamental factors.

First, the structural fiscal imbalances of the federal budget in a period of prosperity, as a result of the Bush-Cheney administration’s continuous deficit spending linked to the Iraq and Afghanistan wars and to its large tax cuts;

Second, the over-indebtedness of the overall U.S. economy coupled with an overall saving rate close to zero (in 1981, it was 12 percent), and, as a consequence, the rapidly increasing foreign debt of the U.S.; and,

Third, the required decline in the U.S. dollar to reverse and correct the deteriorating American balance of payments. The second factor was a harbinger of less consumer spending in the coming months while the third factor would stoke the fire of overall inflation. And with already high budget deficits, there would be less leeway for an aggressive fiscal policy to sustain economic activity. The table was thus set for a bout of stagflation, i.e. slow growth and rising inflation.

Unimaginable Intentional Human Suffering

By Peter Chamberlin

27/01/08 “ICH” — – Perhaps one day we shall know the truth about being, and being alive on planet earth, whether life on every living planet is as messed-up as it is here. Earth’s problems must be unique, as they are of man’s own creation, man-made disasters caused by ambitious men who are allowed to rise to the top, where they dominate us for self-gain. We allow our leaders to take the positions of power that they desire, instead of actually choosing who shall lead us. Humans tend to submit to those who claim authority, since it is easier to believe in symbols of power, than it is to personally submit to the tedium of the reasoning process. As a people, we tend to follow the natural order of things along the path of least resistance. By taking the easy way out, we give our blessing to the law of the jungle.

It is natural for societies to become dominated by powerful elites, who gain control of the inner workings of government and commerce, in order to bend them both to their will. “Meritocracy” and other forms of “social Darwinism,” describe the belief that “success” by this definition justifies the survival of the fittest capitalism (globalism) that has decimated the world. The brutal belief system widely promoted as “neoconservatism” is behind the fascist agenda that emerged from the bowels of corporate-owned “think tanks.” These elitist thinkers believe that it is necessary for our government to “cull” the “useless eaters” from the face of the earth, through forced population reduction and perpetual war. They are the true radicals, possessed by “extremist belief systems.” Their plans for us are the end program of a centuries-old class war between the elitist self-proclaimed neo-aristocrats, who would be masters of mankind and the rest of the human race. The neocons are nothing new, just the latest, most-concentrated form of this egotistical brand of pure evil.

If the elitist “one-worlders” were correct about being the “natural leaders” of the world, dedicated to saving the most noble of mankind from the excesses of the dirty masses, then their cold-blooded plans might be justified by the results, by anyone who survived them. The plan is to kill-off a significant portion of the earth’s “dead weight,” keep another segment as a labor force and extend their own lives through genetic and eugenic research. They are not being all that secretive about this research, only about where it all is meant to lead us. If the idea of rich men carrying-out a plot to kill-off billions of poor people isn’t enough to motivate the masses into torch-carrying mobs, I can’t imagine what would be enough.

Ashcroft Deal Brings Scrutiny in Justice Dept.

And another criminal silenced by a huge reward.
What Ascroft knows could put 90 % of the Administration on death row.

WASHINGTON — When the top federal prosecutor in New Jersey needed to find an outside lawyer to monitor a large corporation willing to settle criminal charges out of court last fall, he turned to former Attorney General John Ashcroft, his onetime boss. With no public notice and no bidding, the company awarded Mr. Ashcroft an 18-month contract worth $28 million to $52 million.

That contract, which Justice Department officials in Washington learned about only several weeks ago, has prompted an internal inquiry into the department’s procedures for selecting outside monitors to police settlements with large companies.

The contract between Mr. Ashcroft’s consulting firm, the Ashcroft Group, and Zimmer Holdings, a medical supply company in Indiana, has also drawn the attention of Congressional investigators.

The New Jersey prosecutor, United States Attorney Christopher J. Christie, directed similar monitoring contracts last year to two other former Justice Department colleagues from the Bush administration, as well as to a former Republican state attorney general in New Jersey.

Tony Blair starts $1M bank job

Tony, mate give us say… half a year eh? We’ll see you right. Just keep schtum and you’ll never have to work a day in your life again.

LONDON, England (CNN) — Former UK Prime Minister Tony Blair, who left office last June, has taken up a part-time job with a Wall Street bank on an estimated $1 million salary.

art.us.blair.jpg

JP Morgan Chase did not say how much Blair will make in the part-time position.

Blair will work with JP Morgan Chase, a firm with assets of $1.5 trillion and operations in more than 50 countries. He will advise the bank on global political and strategic issues, a company statement said.

“We operate our business all over the world, and Tony Blair will bring our leaders and clients a unique and invaluable global perspective that is especially critical in turbulent times like these,” said Jamie Dimon, chairman and CEO of the company, in the statement.

Neither Blair nor the bank would say how much the former PM would be paid. A New York recruitment consultant though told the Financial Times that the job was likely to be worth more than $987,000 (£500,000) a year.

SPECIAL REPORT: Turning The Police State Apparatus Against Dissenters

Second major phase of the coordinated destruction of freedom in America targets those who refuse to go along with it
Turning The Police State Apparatus Against Dissenters
A sustained media propaganda campaign in support of the move to swing the apparatus of tyranny away from phantom Muslim terrorists and towards the American people is in full operation and may pave the way for further attacks on US soil to be blamed on dissenting Americans who speak out against the war and the rise of the domestic police state.

Over the past decade we have witnessed an extreme acceleration of the physical implementation of a framework and infrastructure ready to receive those who will not go along with a coordinated destruction of traditional American values and freedom. With 9/11 came the first opportunity of the 21st century to radically alter the mentality of America and introduce a new order of society.

The corporate media is now preparing the psyche of the American public for a second major shift. This time the effort will be to direct the understanding of the manufactured and fraudulent “war on terror”, away from “Islamofascists” and “Al Qaeda” and towards dissenting American citizens.
Over the past month or so we have highlighted this ongoing propaganda campaign in the following articles:
